Custom Bow Order


To place a custom order at White Wolf please fill out the information below to provide us with the specifications needed to create your custom piece. Filling out the form does not obligate you to purchase a bow. Your form will be reviewed by our bowyer and he will promptly contact you. If you are completely satisfied with your order it will be placed on the projects pending wall and put into the works.


There is no down payment required here at White Wolf Custom Bows, but full payment is required before shipping. No sales are final. If you are not 110% satisfied with your bow upon receipt please return it to us within 7 days for a full refund.

Custom Order Fee

White Wolf charges a fee of $50.00 for any custom ordered bow. In some cases more than one bow is built to obtain your desired poundage as wood is an unpredictable organic material. If you do not wish to pay this fee please look for an available bow for sale in our store.

Average build time at the momment is about 5 weeks, but is ultimately governed by work flow. When your custom bow is finished White Wolf will send you an online invoice. Payment can be made in full with a bank check, money order, or credit card (MasterCard or Visa). Once your payment is received your bow will be shipped.

White Wolf custom bows are shipped USPS priority mail. Cost of shipping for anywhere in the United States is a flat of rate $39.95 and bows are typically received in approximately 3 days. Cost of shipping internationally is a flat rate of $84.00 and bows are typically received in approximately 6-10 days.

All White Wolf custom bows come with a 7 day risk-free return policy. We're so confident you'll love your new bow that we encourage you to shoot it for a full week. If at the end of that time you are not 110% satisfied with your bow please return it to us for a full refund. White Wolf does charge a small restocking fee of 10% and shipping charges must be covered by the buyer.

Your new White Wolf custom bow comes with a 2 year warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturer's defects and failure with normal use over time. If something of this nature happens to your bow please contact us and the part will be repaired, or in the case of larger damages your bow will be replaced.
